To maintain the highest service quality during this demanding period, we will introduce a Peak Season Surcharge, as we did last year, effective from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 The surcharge levels will remain similar to those applied last year:. • 0.95 PLN – added to every domestic parcel weighing up to 31.5 kg. Please note that this surcharge does not apply to shipments addressed directly to DHL BOX and DHL POP. Through this approach, we aim to support the continued growth of this cost-effective delivery option, which is highly valued and increasingly preferred by consumers. • 2,00 PLN - added to every international parcel weighing up to 31.5 kg • 19,00 PLN - added to every domestic and international parcel weighing over 31.5 kg. In addition, we will update the prices of selected packaging materials. Detailed information can be found in the current price list. We would also like to encourage you to take advantage of our comprehensive e-commerce solutions, including: • 24,000 Out-of-Home (OOH) locations across Poland, including nearly 10,000 DHL BOX parcel lockers; • deliveries to the OOH network, including Saturday deliveries at no additional charge; • easy consumer returns via the My DHL app, with no need to print a return label; • delivery services to 28 European countries, including access to a network of 165,000 parcel lockers and service points.
